1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person and may hold only one (1) account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonus funds cancelled without notice.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep your details up to date. ac77 may request supporting documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) for KYC compliance.

5. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your life, please contact our support team immediately to request a cooling-off period or full self-exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period:

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law and the internal policies of ac77. ac77 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and efficiently.
